My name is Brian Moore out of Pack 357 in Austell, Ga. I
began looking for designs for a Space Derby track on the internet a few months
ago, and came to your website. I would like to thank you and whoever else is
responsible for the great design. I made a few alterations, but would not have
been able to do it without you guys/ gals being so grateful enough to put the
design on the internet. I actually just finished the track, and the pack will
use it sometime in the very near future. I hope you will pass along my thanks
to all who made this. I know our boys will have a great time with this.
Thanks,
Brian Moore

 | Everything worked GREAT and I got feedback from both cubs and parents that
it was the best pack meeting they'd ever been to. Now, I don't know if I look
clumsy or what, but- without exception- everyone who saw it comments, "You
MADE that?!?!?!" Well, there was one exception, one guy asked, "Where did you
BUY that?"
My only real problem was the lumber at the lumber stores- to use a French
expression- SUCKS- it's hard to get lumber that's not warped and twisted
around here, at least from Lowes. But I figure a coat of paint and some rocket
decals and no one will notice.
Thanks for posting the pictures on the web- they were a BIG help in figuring
things out.

 | I just wanted to let you know that I used your plans for the launcher and
created a similar launcher for our Pack's first (in recent history) Space
Derby. Our launcher has a few differences, mainly due to me having problems
figuring out exactly how everything comes together and attaches when stowed.
At any rate, I want to thank you for having the plans on the web. The launcher
is a very nice design and worked well on our first use.

 | Thanks for your reply. We finally completed and set up the track this
weekend, and everything worked out fine. We appreciate you help by posting the
directions/photos as we would have been grasping at straws based on the guide
in the scout book. Thanks again.

Hello, I'm Mike O'Neill from Pack
890 in Springfield, Va. I have just finished building the Space Derby track
from the plans on your website.
Thank you for taking the time to
draw these plans up and making them available. Our pack is having our first
Space Derby this year and I searched the net thoroughly before selecting
your plans. They were the best design and the most comprehensive plans.
